To understand the truth first let’s get into how whey protein is made?
Have you ever made paneer at home? If not, ask your mom or dadi, they must have made it. The leftover water when you extract paneer is Whey (what we get in the market is made on large scale, dried and solid-liquid separated in industries). No chemical, no scientific lab process, nothing as such. Whey is a very high-quality protein derived from milk protein. To be honest, Whey is better than every other source of protein when it comes to the bioavailability.
Now why the bad repo of whey protein like it causes kidney stones or hair fall or other health issues?

But then why people around you including your parents, your bros, some doctors, say otherwise? That’s because of Steroid junkies. They abuse themselves with roids in the form of capsules, injections, etc. which are obviously unnatural and it causes health effects like hair fall, heart attack, kidney issues and many more issues. Now, if you look closely, in your gym, in your locality, and among your friends, many of them are injecting steroid but consuming whey protein as well to cover up their macros (though they don’t understand shit about macros) and whenever they suffer from any health issue, people say it happened because of whey protein or high protein diet. I heard this at my home, from my friends, from my followers (on Twitter, Instagram and snapchat) and you must have also heard it around.
The second reason is fake products floating in the market. People buy whey without checking the authenticity of the brand and seller and then they suffer. And later on, they blame Whey protein which is obvious, not their fault. There are many videos online which can teach you how to check the authenticity of a whey protein.
There is nothing to worry about while consuming whey protein. Some people might experience digestive issues but that’s because they are lactose intolerant. Whey protein is safe for everyone. Everyone includes your mom, your grandpa, your kid (c’ mon you feed them Nutella, chips, chocolates without even thinking once), you, your girlfriend, etc. It is safe for every caste, creed, race and religion. Just take care of your macros.
