I have been using these terms in several of my articles here. I am not sure how many of you clearly understands the concept of these traits like Alpha and Beta. In this article, I will explain the difference between both the traits which will help you to understand more about your personality and how you can improve.
Beta Male – One who is submissive in the pack.
Alpha Male – One who leads the pack.
Beta Male – Makes excuses. Every time there’s something he can’t do, he has an excuse, and feels like he needs to explain it to those around him.
Alpha Male – Never puts blame on someone. Everything happening around him, wrong or right, is because of him. If he is in the problem, he finds the solution aggressively.
Beta Male – Needs affirmation from others. Is obssessed with how others think of him.
Alpha Male – He gives no fuck what others think about him. He needs no validation from people around him, which makes him more attractive. He is always confident about how other perceives him.
Beta Male – Talks fast, always seems to be nervous or in a rush.
Alpha Male – You will find him talk slowly, in deeper tone – which shows he has a control over his time.
Beta Male – Is afraid of meeting new people.
Alpha Male – Is always ready to meet new people.
Beta Male – Is desperate to get into relationship. Puts every women on pedestal.
Alpha Male – Shows no desperation ever. Not only when it comes to women but when it comes to business or any other kind of relationship. Abundance Mentality is the key.
Beta Male – Poor body language. Mostly slouching and walks like a penguin
Alpha Male – You would always find them walk with a purpose. Shoulders back and chin up. He takes up his own space while walking or sitting.
Beta Male – Poor physical Health (Obese or too skinny)
Alpha Male – Always trying his best to be in best shape possible.
Beta Male – Is a pushover with women. He is willing to commit to a woman as soon as they give him the greenlight.
Alpha Male – Is a challenge for women.
Beta Male – Women are his number one priority. Whatever he does, he always think of ‘how to get laid’ through this new skill or habit.
Alpha Male – Women are never his ‘number one’ priority.
Beta Male – Gives up when he fails. Sees no point in trying and is fearful of facing failure again.
Alpha Male – Whenever he fails, he take it as a mistake and try his best to learn from it. He replan his goals and strategy and at the same time he is not afraid to fail again.
Beta Male – Uses the word, “sorry” a lot – even when it doesn’t belong in the conversation. He apologizes to others because he feels he might have offended them somehow.
Alpha Male – They do not apologize for their beliefs and desires. They will only apologize when it is absolute necessary.
So this was the basic idea about Alpha vs Beta traits. There are also many other traits like omega, sigma, etc. I cannot get into details about each trait as this is a very vast topic.
